1. Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

• Shipping is available within the United States only.

• Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.

• Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Refunds may be issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as damaged or defective products.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to blendbarsoapery@gmail.com, including your order number and photo evidence if applicable.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and notify us for assistance.
